A letter writer equated salvation and healing and quoted Isaiah 53:5, “by His stripes we are healed.” Well, Peter quotes this verse (1 Pet. 2:24) and it’s plain to see that he is talking about spiritual healing, not physical healing.
The Bible’s commentary on itself will clear up false doctrine. I encourage all to let the Bible interpret itself in this matter.
