Westwood Church, Alabaster, will hold a Women of Worship Conference called Loss, Love & Legacy, April 29–30 with author and recording artist Kelly Minter. The conference for all women is based on the life of Ruth. Doors will open Friday at 6:15 p.m. The conference will be from 7 to 9 p.m. On Saturday, it will be from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
