What are you doing for Christ?” That is the question to be posed throughout this year’s Revelation Walk at Eden Westside Baptist Church in Pell City.
Debbie Asay, who works with Revelation Walk, said the event centers on Luke 9:62 and is titles “Wanted: Serious Servants.” The 13 scenes depict John on Patmos and his vision of the end times. Participants also go through scenes of the rapture, heaven and hell.
She said this is the fifth year for the outdoor, walk-through, interactive event. About 3,000 people attended the event last year and about 150 of those became Christians.
The walk draws people from across Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia. It begins at 7 p.m. Oct. 4, 11, 18, 24, and 25.
Asay said more than 120 Eden Westside people work with Revelation Walk, which is currently directed by Mary Alice and Bob Kenley.
