Carey Baptist Association has tapped Richard “Richie” Farrow as their new associational missionary. Farrow has served in several churches and has been a missionary in across Africa and South America.

David Crowe has been called as the new pastor of Bon Air Baptist Church, Childersburg. Crowe has served as pastor of several other churches and as an associational mission strategist.
July 14, Bethel Baptist Church, Banks, celebrated their bicentennial and homecoming. The service included special music and the presentation of a plaque from the Alabama Baptist Historical Commission.
