BIRMINGHAM METRO ASSOCIATION
On May 5, Cahaba Heights Baptist Church, Birmingham, celebrated its 125th anniversary. Chris Crain, executive director of Birmingham Metro Baptist Association, was the guest speaker. Debbie Campbell presented a certificate to church trustees Rex Smith and Ed Duke on behalf of the Alabama Baptist Historical Commission. Lunch followed the Sunday morning service and a singing was held in the afternoon.
“Everyone enjoyed the day,” church member Barbara Duke said. “We had people come back from all over.”
