ORLANDO, Fla. — Campus Crusade for Christ recently released a re-mastered digital video disk (DVD) version of its classic evangelistic movie the “Jesus” film. The DVD’s release coincided with the release of “The Passion of the Christ” on DVD and video.
Since its founding in 1992, Jesus Video Project America (JVPA) has distributed almost 20 million copies of “Jesus” — one for every six homes in the United States. South Carolina, Alabama and Hawaii have completed statewide distributions. The “Jesus” film has been translated into more than 850 languages and viewed more than 5 billion times worldwide.
