MONTGOMERY
Capitol Heights Church, Montgomery, will honor Pastor J. Warren Culver with a special service and retirement reception Sept. 30. Worship will begin at 10:30 a.m. and the reception will be held 4–6 p.m. Culver and his wife, Paula, have three children.
