At Alabama WMU’s Renew event Feb. 22, about 500 women gathered to hear speaker Heather Johnson, shopped at a WorldCrafts store, took a photo in a giant cake to celebrate the CP’s 100th birthday and left encouraged to be on mission.
Mental Health First Aid for Adults training will be offered at Woman’s Missionary Union (WMU) on Thursday, Feb. 27 from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. WMU is located at 100 Missionary Ridge, just off Hwy 280 and Brook Highland Parkway in Birmingham.

A new Alabama WMU effort called Cultivate will involve a once-a-week prayer focus on campus ministries along with encouraging people to “adopt” one of the state’s Baptist campus ministers.
