The Church at Lockeland Springs in Nashville was just one of the structures that suffered damage when a series of tornadoes tore through middle Tennessee early March 3, killing at least 25 people at press time. Disaster relief teams were assembled as soon as the storms cleared, and many undamaged churches opened their doors to those in need of shelter. ‘In the face of tragedy … we still find a way to come together as people and make sure that we’re identifying with the body of Christ,’ said Mark Davis, director of missions for Stone Association in Tennessee.
