BIRMINGHAM
Daniel Wilson will be leaving the pastorate of First, Pleasant Grove, to become the lead church health strategist for the Alabama State Board of Missions (SBOM) effective Nov. 1. Wilson has served as pastor of First, Pleasant Grove, since 2015, and has been a pastor since 2001. He also served a previous stint in the area of evangelism at SBOM. In his new role, Wilson will serve in the office of LeaderCare and church health under office director Mike Jackson.
