First Church, Moody, will host its third annual Chillbilly Motorcycle Ride on Dec. 16. Registration begins at 8 a.m. and the race begins at 10 a.m. at Barber Motorsports Racetrack. Lunch will follow at the church. There will be a few speakers and door prizes. Proceeds will benefit the Jimmie Hale Mission. The family will welcome visitors from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 22, at FBC Guntersville (1000 Gunter Avenue). A brief memorial service will be held at the church beginning at 5 p.m.
Emory Williams is a missionary kid in Santiago, Chile. His parents, Landon and Megan Williams, serve with the International Mission Board as church planters and mobilizers.
