She had help — the Proverbs 31 woman wasn’t accomplishing all those amazing things strictly on her own. She had people assisting her.

This fact had escaped me until my friend pointed it out recently (see Prov. 31:15), and with that realization we both decided we could breathe a bit easier.
After all, following the example of the Proverbs 31 woman can be overwhelming if it means shouldering everything outlined on our own.
Even the most diligent, disciplined, hardworking and ambitious among us need the support, encouragement and assistance of others. That goes for men too.
Live and serve
We are built to live and serve in community, and we all have gifts, talents and skills God expects us to use for His glory.
We may be the leader, sharing the goals and making the assignments, in some cases. In other situations, we may be the one receiving the assignments.
These are volunteer efforts as well as paid positions, so finding the right rhythm to keep all responsibilities moving in the right direction is vital for sustainability.
I can’t imagine life without the incredible team here at TAB Media Group. They are dedicated, hardworking, caring, responsible, professional, skilled, smart and grace filled. They love Jesus, love each other and love you.
