I heartily endorse what many other readers have said about our state Baptist paper and pray that it will always honor God by serving Him faithfully.
When the dust settles on November 2000 deliberations in Montgomery, accurate reporting should reveal that only about one-tenth of 1 percent of Alabama Baptists (mostly clergymen) voted on the resolution dealing with The Baptist Faith and Message.
Thankfully, both laity and clergy have an Alabama Baptist publication that has earned high marks for objective reporting. Keep up the good work.
