The article in the June 27 issue “From Addict to Pastor” was one of the most inspiring and informative pieces of writing I have ever read. Writer Julie Payne really communicated the sincerity of Rev. Garth’s heart and his ministry, as well as the amazing work he and his fellow workers are doing. It was also good to see that the Birmingham Baptist Association is working closely with this ministry and expanding its ability to help so many desperate people and bring them to Jesus.
Thank you for the excellent work and the outstanding way you communicated the facts and the feelings. I am truly inspired to do more myself, and I hope many others are also. Please keep up the good work.
