As you are probably aware, God providentially guided the Birmingham Baptist Association to unanimously call Dr. Mike McLemore as the executive director. As an association, we are praising God for His goodness in raising up a leader such as Dr. McLemore. We would like to invite you to celebrate with us as we have a special service to set Dr. McLemore apart to the work God has called him to perform.
Therefore it is my privilege to invite you to attend the installation service of Dr. Mike McLemore on April 15. A reception in his honor will follow the service. This meaningful service will be held at First Baptist Church, Birmingham, on Lakeshore Drive. The installation service will be 2:30–3:30 p.m. in the worship center, and the reception will be in the fellowship hall 3:30–4:30 p.m.
Dr. McLemore and his wife, Wanda, will be honored by the support you will show them through your presence at this service. We look forward to you sharing with us on this joyful occasion.
