International Missions Trips Recap

The 2005–2006 school year was a fruitful one for missions at the University of Mobile (UM). The international missions program, operated by UM’s school of Christian studies, sent teams to nine nations, recording 357 decisions for Christ.

Missions team members taught chronological Bible stories in Niger, hosted hundreds of students of English at a “get acquainted” party and built a chapel in Brazil, conducted evangelistic surveys and shared the gospel on the streets of Greece and more.

Teams were also sent to Scotland, Norway, Wales, Argentina and nations in Southeast Asia and the Pacific Rim, where work included prayer walking, participating in youth ministry, teaching Vacation Bible School and leading worship services.
