Conflict issue on target but light

I welcomed the “Faith and Family” issue on conflict with so many good articles.

I have experienced many conflicts in churches, in families and in marriages over my 50 years of ministry.

I counted 23 Scripture passages referenced and I want to say we only scratched the surface of all God says about the subject.

We too often either forget or ignore all God says whenever we engage in conflict. Out the window goes the Scripture and submission to the Spirit and in comes the flesh and the destruction that follows.

That’s why I wrote “Resolving Conflict God’s Way,” with more than 100 commands about how we should handle and resolve everyday conflict, especially in our churches. Read on.
