Lewis Drummond was one of Alabama’s notable Baptists of recent memory. He was ordained to the ministry and served two Alabama churches as pastor along with being the Billy Graham Professor of Missions and Evangelism at Beeson Divinity School (1994–2003) in Birmingham.
