Thank you for the excellent editorial about Mormonism in the Nov. 3 issue.

Once the true doctrine of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is exposed, there is little debate.

Having been a pastor in Arizona for nearly 25 years before retiring, there is little doubt to me that it is not the biblical Christianity that we believe.

A brief study of the life of Joseph Smith (the founder and first president of the Mormon church) and Brigham Young (the second president of the church) leaves no doubt either.

Paul referred to accepting “another Jesus or another spirit” (2 Cor. 11:1–7, especially verse 4), which is exactly what Mormonism does.
