First Baptist Church, Rota, Spain, (http://firstbaptistrota.com) is in need of a pastor. The congregation is primarily English-speaking U.S. military and families, along with a few Spanish residents.
Our church provides a pastor with a monthly salary (and) a two-bedroom parsonage, where the church takes care of all the maintenance, utilities including the ADSL (Internet-access service) and parsonage supplies up to a certain amount annually.
We also provide a car, for which the church shoulders the maintenance and insurance as well, and an annual expense for a pastors conference.
