Salvation Stance

Baptists seem to be losing their identity. In a recent article in The Alabama Baptist about things that have changed over the last several years, there was a pastor who said their church recently received someone from the Church of Christ without re-baptizing. This seems to be a growing practice among a number of Baptist churches. Do Baptists not realize that the Church of Christ plan of salvation and the Catholic plan of salvation and the Mormon plan of salvation are the same?
