Sudan continues bombing against Christians

AWEIL, Sudan — The Islamic government of northern Sudan has continued its campaign of bombing Christian and animist civilians in the south, reports Christian Solidarity International (CSI).

On Nov. 20, the Sudanese Air Force killed two women and three other civilians during the bombardment of two villages, Burap and Kuei Wiir in Aweil East County, according to the Civil Commissioner of Aweil East County, Victor Akok. High altitude Antonov aircraft dropped eight bombs on each of the villages. The three dead civilians were from Kuei Wiir.
