Craig Carlisle, the first associational missionary to be elected state convention president in Alabama, will serve a second one-year term and will continue advocating for “calling out the called” to alleviate the current pastor shortage.
During the Nov. 12 afternoon session of the Alabama Baptist State Convention annual meeting in Daphne, Melissa Bowen and Craig Carlisle share updates related to sexual abuse prevention efforts taking place across the state and nation.
