I am the director of the Book-Link ministry in Alabama. This past year, The Alabama Baptist ran a very nice article about our ministry and several others that ship Bibles and Christian books to people in other countries who need them. As a result, our ministry received many books from people across Alabama, as well as other places. We appreciate the support we received.
Because the United States Postal Service has now discontinued M-Bags, which is the method we used to ship our materials, we will no longer be shipping from our location. The price to ship a 30-pound box has, in most cases, tripled. As a result, we suggest that all donations be sent to the main Book-Link location in Kentucky. They will be shipping by container, which is beyond our capabilities in our present location.
