William Pless is the new pastor of Victoria Baptist Church, Elba.
Pless holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Flagler College, St. Augustine, Florida, and worked as a business service specialist at Florida State University; co-managed a Lifeway bookstore in Dothan; and worked various other business jobs. He also previously served as the fatherhood coordinator at Wiregrass Emergency Pregnancy Services, Enterprise.
Pless and his wife, Bonnie, have two sons.
