First Church, Pelham, staff change

Robert Heard is the new administrative pastor at First Church, Pelham. He comes to First, Pelham, from First Church, Murphy, N.C., where he served as associate pastor for education and youth. A Pinson native, Heard holds degrees from the University of Mobile and Southern Seminary in Louisville, Ky. He and his wife, Kim, have two daughters. Mike Shaw is pastor.
