Valley Creek breaks ground

Valley Creek Baptist Church, Hueytown, in Bessemer Baptist Association breaks ground for its new children’s and youth center March 11. The children’s center will be an 8,800-square-foot building complete with large worship rooms for younger and older children, indoor play area and several classrooms. The youth center will have a 175-seat auditorium complete with a café and snack bar, game room and classrooms. The building and renovations are scheduled to be completed in the fall.
