Courageous

I want to thank you for your editorial in the March 1 issue of our state newspaper. Personally, I am so grateful that you wrote such a courageous article related to our current president and the “integrity of evangelicals” which is being questioned. I, myself, have always considered myself an evangelical. However, when our evangelical leaders want to give “mulligans” to our leader’s sins, I question my alliance with such a label. Because you have called on our leaders to have the courage to call out, “You Are the Man,” I can continue to embrace my label. As I have always done, I continue to pray for my president and all of our leaders, both state and national, as Scripture admonishes. Thank you.
