Thank you for the long overdue article “Providing Hope” in the June 1 issue of The Alabama Baptist. “The 5 Ways to Advocate for Life” section was excellent.
There is, however, another equally important action that must be taken to stem the holocaust in our state. Nothing can substitute for standing in front of the state’s abortion businesses and providing a listening ear and materials to direct abortion-minded women to the closest crisis pregnancy center.
Every believer in Jesus Christ should confront the magnitude of this evil of baby sacrifice by standing and praying in front of 1 of the 5 abortion mills in this state while they are open.
It also is extremely important to get to know the people who have already been standing in front of those abortion mills, some for years, offering hope and help to the abortion-minded women going inside.
The women considering abortion need to know clearly and directly that hope and help is available in choosing life for their baby girl or boy. If someone is not there to communicate, through sign and/or word, then they might never know.
