‘Razzle-dazzle’

Thank you for your Sept. 21 editorial titled “Avoiding a Razzle-Dazzle Gospel.” How desperately we Baptists, as well as other Christian groups, need to hear and heed the truth of what you wrote. In writing, “Jesus’ values are not like ours,” you were so right to remind us that our clear and distinct calling as God’s Kingdom people is to be transforming agents in our culture instead of being transformed by it as so often we have been.
