Thank you

I just wanted to write and say thank you to The Alabama Baptist for the great article in the May 10 paper about Senate Bill 261. I immediately called and asked for permission to have it reprinted in our local paper.

Since the bill originated with Clay County’s own Senator Gerald Dial, I felt the people of Clay County deserved to know the other side of the story.

Two Scriptures came to mind as I read the article: “Any story sounds true until someone tells the other side and sets the record straight” (Prov. 18:17, Living Bible) and “We can justify our every deed, but God looks at our motives” (Prov. 21:2, Living Bible).
